◆商品について
AncientMonte Noteのノートのカバーには本物のヴィンテージ、アンティーク洋書や紙ものなどを使用しており、とても古いものが多く、100年以上前のものも多くありますので、シミ、汚れなど経年の形跡が残っています。

当店ではアンテーク故の年月を経た傷、シミ、跡などから生まれる面白さを大切にしておりますので使用感や褪せ、焼け、シミ、破れなどがあります。十分にご理解頂いた上での購入をお願い致します。

尚、製本も全て手作業で行っているため、ハンドメイドの手作り感を楽しんでいただけたらと思います。

◆返品について
お客様都合での交換、返品は不可とさせて頂いております。

商品の汚れ、ダメージ等の確認しきれない箇所もございます、ご質問を受け付けておりますので気になる場合はご購入前に予めお問い合わせ下さい。

◆発送について
お客様のお支払い手続きが完了後、通常1〜7日以内に発送致します。災害やコロナウイルスなど社会的要因による流通麻癖の影響などで発送日が遅れる可能性もございます。
その他気になる事がありましたらお気軽に問い合わせ下さい。

◆重複した送料について
一度に数回注文した場合、勝手ながら一つにまとめさせていただいております。その時に重複してしまった送料は切手に返金させて頂きます。（84円切手数枚、2円切手数枚）ご了承ください。
まとめて欲しくないなど、ご要望がある場合は、備考欄にてお知らせいただけると助かります。

◆納品書・領収書について
納品書や領収書は通常は同封しておりません。必要なお客様は備考欄やコメントなどでお知らせください。

◆ About the product
The covers of AncientMonte Note notebooks are made from genuine vintage, antique foreign books, papers, etc. Many of them are very old, and many of them are over 100 years old, so there are traces of aging such as stains and dirt.

At our shop, we value the fun that comes from scratches, stains, marks, etc. that have passed through the years because of antiques, so there is a feeling of use, fading, burns, stains, and tears.

Plus, all bindings are done by hand, so we hope you enjoy the handcrafted feel.

◆ About returns
We basically do not accept exchanges or returns.

There may be traces of time on the product and other parts that cannot be confirmed. We accept questions. If you have concerns, please contact us in advance before purchasing.

◆ About shipping
We usually ship within 1-7 days after your payment is completed. There is a possibility that the shipping date may be delayed due to the influence of distribution hesitation due to social factors such as disasters and coronavirus.
If you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact us.

◆ About invoices and receipts
Invoices and receipts are not usually enclosed. If you need it, please let us know in the remarks column or comment.
